VIDEO DEPOSITIONS

Professionalism - We present a professional appearance and courteous demeanor in our dealings with all attorneys and court reporters. Promptness - We are always ready to start the deposition on time. Protocol - We conduct depositions in accordance with Rule 30b of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence. Provision - We provide the court reporter a cassette recording of the whole deposition.

CHOOSING A VIDEOGRAPHER FOR A DEPOSITION
On video depositions, attorneys count on clear and ungarbled audio in order to present their cases in court. When there is audio hiss, distortion or the volume on the video is barely audible, there can be problems presenting the video evidence in court. It is therefore critical to choose a certified legal video specialist with a strong AUDIO background such as ours.

From shooting in tight quarters doctors' offices, to working in a room full of attorneys trying to catch the next flight out, to setting nervous deponents at ease. Our Legal videographers have done it all. We shoot with a Sony DVCAM camera, which is a 2-hour digital tape format. A neutral grey backdrop is always placed behind the deponent to enhance his/her fleshtones. The court reporter is always given a cassette recording of the deposition. Videos are available to the attorneys in any format. We also edits video depositions for trial and do video/transcript synchronization.
