Girl-U-Want
- The Logline
Chip (Michael
Larimer) down on his luck with the ladies pretends to be an Indie filmmaker
with help from his cousin Luke (James Sorrels). The plan works too well, when
he meets Sonia (Kate Bergeron) the girl of his dreams. Now he must decide
between telling her the truth or carrying on with his charade.
We finished
editing the film and mixing the sound track. It's 85 minutes long.
It was shot
in HD 1080i using a Canon XH A1, (that's a great affordable HD camera that
shoots in HDV on tape) in 10 days. Over three months working mostly Sundays.

Those are the guys who created the awesome StarWars Movie Reviews.
It was edited
in about 9 weeks. The sound track was completed in another 9 weeks.
The script was
first written about 4 or 5 years ago, and then rewritten at least six or seven
times.
We just created
the DVD for the film and made a Blu-Ray Disc version as well.
We also reloaded
a True HD version of the sneak preview to Youtube, it looks and sounds awesome
if you click on the button that says WATCH in HD. Make sure you use good head
phones or good computer speakers.
GUW has been
selected by the Naperville Independent
Film Festival and it will be shown in Septenber. Followed by a Q &
A with the filmmakers afterwards.
